place recognized by the international community.
Though a small country, Bangladesh has
03 World Heritage Site- The historic Shatgombuj Mosque of Baherhat, the ruins
of the Buddihist Vihara at paharpur and the Sundarbans. This heritage Sites
play an important role in the matter of sight seeing. Tourist and visitors of
and from various countries come to visit these heritage sites every year. The Bangladeshis
are lucky to have some World Heritage Sites in the country.
